Project Description

As production capacity expands, existing infrastructure must often be reconfigured to accommodate new equipment and evolving operational requirements. To support the MLKs 29g Expansion Project, Nestlé engaged TEP Africa to undertake the relocation of key mechanical systems within the production facility.

The proposed works involve the careful dismantling, relocation, and reinstallation of existing mechanical equipment while ensuring continued operational integrity and minimal disruption to production activities. Our engineering approach prioritises precision planning, safety, and seamless integration with the upgraded facility layout.

By carefully managing every stage of the relocation process, TEP Africa helps clients modernise their production environments while protecting existing assets and supporting future operational growth.
