Project Description
As demand for modern industrial infrastructure continued to grow, the Three Hills Warehouse project was conceived to provide a durable, efficient, and future-ready storage facility capable of supporting expanding operations.
TEP Africa was tasked to transform an empty site into a fully functional 5,330-square-meter pre-engineered warehouse facility. From the earliest stages of construction, our teams worked closely to deliver the civil, concrete, and structural steel works that would form the backbone of the development.
The project began with the construction of reinforced concrete foundations and pedestals, creating a solid platform capable of supporting the warehouse’s extensive steel structure. As the project progressed, steel portals were erected with precision, gradually bringing the facility to life. Roofing and cladding works followed, enclosing the structure and protecting it from the elements, while blockwork construction helped define key operational spaces within the warehouse.
One of the project’s major milestones was the installation of more than 900 cubic metres of power-floated concrete flooring, designed to provide a durable, high-performance surface capable of withstanding heavy industrial use for years to come. Throughout the project, safety, quality, and timely delivery remained at the heart of every decision. By combining technical expertise with disciplined project execution, TEP Africa successfully delivered a modern warehouse facility that not only met the client’s requirements but also supported future growth and operational efficiency.
Today, the Three Hills Kpone Warehouse stands as a testament to what can be achieved through careful planning, engineering excellence, and a commitment to delivering lasting value.
