Project Description

As part of the development of a new three-storey office complex in Paynesville, Liberia, the CCJW Liberia Project was conceived to create a modern workplace that prioritizes comfort, efficiency, and productivity. A key element in achieving this vision was the delivery of a reliable and energy-efficient heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system capable of providing a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year.

TEP Africa was selected to design, supply, install, and commission the complete HVAC and mechanical ventilation systems for the facility. Working closely with project stakeholders, our team delivered an integrated solution tailored to the building’s operational requirements while adhering to international engineering and HVAC standards.

The project featured the installation of advanced Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air-conditioning systems, complemented by refrigerant and condensate pipework, air handling units, ventilation ductwork, diffusers, dampers, and insulation systems. Each component was carefully coordinated and installed to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and long-term reliability.

From detailed planning through final commissioning, every stage of the project was executed with a strong focus on quality, precision, and technical excellence. Comprehensive testing and commissioning activities were carried out to verify system performance and ensure seamless operation across all areas of the building. 

Delivering an efficient HVAC system requires more than installation, it requires precise performance verification. For the CCJW Liberia HVAC Project, TEP Africa conducted airflow balancing and pressure testing to ensure each space received the designed volume of conditioned air while maintaining the required system pressures.
