High-volume beverage production doesn’t leave room for storage bottlenecks , every pallet in and out of the warehouse has to keep pace with a bottling line that never really stops. For Coca-Cola Bottling Company, that meant looking beyond conventional racking toward a system built for speed and density.

TEP Africa answered that need with a shuttle racking system delivering 4,000 pallet positions, using powered shuttle carts to move pallets deep into storage lanes without the wasted aisle space of static racking. The result is a facility that stores more in the same footprint while getting product in and out faster — a storage solution engineered to match the tempo of one of the region’s busiest production lines.
